Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Which version of the Bible is the default?
A. Yearly’s default translation is the American Standard Version of 1901. This translation was chosen for pragmatic reasons: it was in the public domain (no licensing fees required) and it was easy to integrate.
Q. How can I use a different Bible translation other than the default?
A. Alas, there's not currently a way to do this. To get to your preferred Bible translation, please manually go to a Bible app like NeuBible or a physical Bible.
Q. I’m ahead or behind schedule, and the app keeps sending me to the current day.
A. We recommend adjusting your Start Date setting, which you can access by swiping from the left edge of the screen. If you are staying consistently ahead, try moving back your start date to earlier in the year. If you’re behind, move forward your start date to later in the year. If you catch back up, you can always readjust your start date! Yearly is as flexible as you need it to be.
Q. Someone I know would like to use this schedule, but they don’t own an iPhone or iPad. How can they use this?
A. They can obtain a physical copy of this schedule here or a digital free CSV version here.
