1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Yearly app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Yearly is a Bible reading application that provides:
- Multiple reading schedules for reading through the Bible
- Access to public domain Bible translations
- Progress tracking for your daily readings
- Optional premium features including additional reading plans, notes, and iCloud synchronization
3. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
3.1
The App offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.
3.2
Subscription options include monthly and annual plans with a free trial period as displayed in the App.
3.3
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
3.4
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3.5
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
3.6
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
3.7
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. BIBLE TRANSLATIONS
4.1
The App provides access to public domain Bible translations including the King James Version (KJV), American Standard Version (ASV), and Berean Study Bible (BSB).
4.2
These translations are provided as-is without warranty of any kind.
5. USER CONTENT
5.1
You retain ownership of any notes or content you create in the App.
5.2
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data.
5.3
We do not claim ownership of your notes or personal content.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary rights
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our services
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1
The App and its original content (excluding public domain Bible texts) are owned by Perfection Coding LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
7.2
Bible translations provided are in the public domain.
8. DISCLAIMERS
8.1
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
8.2
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8.3
We are not responsible for any theological interpretations or decisions made based on using the App.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfection Coding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
